Import DXF file and view in AR
Importing a CAD File
To import a CAD file, ensure it is in DXF format. Most design software allows you to export to this format.
NOTE: Ensure that the unit of the files is defined correctly, the app reads the file and scales the design based on the unit.
How to Import a DXF File:
Use the navigation bar:
Go to File -> DXF -> Open Floor Plan to import a model parallel to the ground.
Or, go to File -> DXF -> Open Wall Plan to import a model parallel to walls.
Using DXF Filters:
After importing, use the DXF Filter to customize what parts of the model you want to display.
Starting AR Mode:
1- Click the "Start AR" button to activate AR mode and open the camera.
2- Tap to interact with the model and drag to reposition it as needed on your site.
