Credits Policy

1. What are Credits?

• Credits are a virtual usage unit used to access paid AI features inside StructArk.
• Credits are available only to signed-in users and are tied to the specific account that purchased them.
• Credits are consumed when AI features are used. Usage events are logged for account history and billing transparency.

2. Pricing standard for purchasing Credits

• Standard Pricing: $1 USD = 10 Credits.
• Promotional or campaign pricing may be offered from time to time. During a promotion, the effective Credits-per-dollar rate shown on the checkout/payment page applies.
• Product availability and pricing may be updated over time. The final amount charged and Credits granted are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Transfers and account scope

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, assigned, or moved between accounts.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

4. Credit validity

• Purchased Credits are available for use on your account after payment is successfully confirmed.
• If StructArk issues promotional Credits, any special validity period will be shown in the related offer terms.
• StructArk may withhold, reverse, or remove Credits in cases of payment failure, chargeback, abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

5. Refund and exchange policy

• All Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• StructArk does not provide refunds for purchased Credits, including partial balances or unused amounts.

6. Policy updates

StructArk may update this Credits Policy from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
