Payment Policy

1. Scope of paid services

• StructArk does not currently offer paid memberships, subscriptions, recurring billing plans, or automatic renewal services.
• The only paid service currently offered is the one-time purchase of AI Credits for use with paid AI features.
• This Payment Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Credits Policy. If there is a conflict relating specifically to billing or paid service mechanics, this Payment Policy controls for that issue.

2. Account requirement

• You must be signed in to an eligible StructArk account before you can purchase AI Credits.
• Purchased Credits are tied to the specific account used for the transaction.
• You are responsible for confirming that you are purchasing Credits for the correct account before completing payment.

3. How purchases work

• AI Credits are purchased through StructArk's official checkout flow.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize StructArk and its payment processing partners to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
• You must provide accurate and current billing and payment information.
• Prices, currency, taxes, and final totals shown at checkout are the controlling amounts for that transaction.

4. No subscriptions or auto-renewal

StructArk AI Credits are sold on a one-time purchase basis only. We do not automatically renew credit purchases, automatically rebill your account, or provide subscription-style paid access for AI features under this policy.

5. Credit delivery and storage

• After successful payment confirmation, purchased Credits are added to your StructArk account balance.
• StructArk maintains a backend account record of your credit balance, purchase history, and usage history for billing, security, and support purposes.
• If there is a timing delay between payment confirmation and credit posting, we may post the credits once the transaction is verified.

6. Credit use restrictions

• Credits may only be used for designated paid AI features within StructArk.
• Credits are not currency, are not a stored-value account, and do not have independent cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, assigned, exchanged, or moved between separate accounts unless StructArk explicitly enables that functionality.

7. Pricing, taxes, and fees

• Credit pricing may be presented as standard pricing or promotional pricing, and the final displayed checkout amount controls.
• Applicable taxes, currency conversion, processing rules, or payment method requirements may affect the total charged.
• Banks, card networks, or payment institutions may apply their own fees, exchange rates, or handling charges, which are outside StructArk's control.

8. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks

• Credit purchases are subject to the no-refund rules described in the Credits Policy.
• If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, or later determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent, StructArk may withhold, remove, or reverse the corresponding Credits.
• We may suspend paid feature access or restrict the related account while investigating suspected billing abuse or fraud.

9. Failed or incomplete payments

• If a payment fails, is declined, or is not confirmed, StructArk is not obligated to deliver the related Credits.
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive credits after a successful transaction, you may contact support for review.

10. Prohibited payment conduct

• You must not use stolen payment credentials, false billing information, or unauthorized payment methods.
• You must not exploit bugs, automate abuse, or manipulate payment or credit systems to obtain credits improperly.
• You must not attempt to resell, broker, or commercially redistribute purchased Credits outside approved StructArk workflows.

11. Payment records

StructArk may keep records of transactions, credit purchases, and credit usage history associated with your account. These records may be used to operate the service, investigate disputes, comply with law, and resolve support requests.

12. Service changes

We may update pricing, available credit packs, checkout flow, taxes, payment methods, and related billing rules from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date when changes are made. We may not notify you of significant changes in advance. We recommend that you review this Payment Policy regularly.
